How do I register and login?

New Customer: Select login and click register an account, here you will enter your details. You will then receive an email to verify your account.

Repeat Customer: You have been here before, just enter your email and password or login with your socials if you have done so previously. 

What should I do if I forgot my username/password?

Forgot your password, no problem! Just select the forgot password option on the login page and enter the email that you used to register. We will send you an email to reset your password.

We are continually expanding our services to incorporate a wide range of mobile home services. What is included and how much will it cost?

Every service is unique and has its own specialized inclusions, but whatever service you choose we can ensure that you will have a friendly service professional that will get the job done. We have gone to the trouble of explaining the difference between a few of our services so you can make the best choice for your home.

Our Standard Home Cleaning package includes the checklist under the show what is included link. The prices for this service are generated based on our algorithm developed from years of experience and consultation with the cleaning industry. All you have to do is put in your exact details of your home (please no fibbing about how many bedrooms there are or the condition of your home). This will generate a price for your service professionals to complete the entire checklist above. Should the professional cleaners arrive and the booking description does not match, they will discuss with you an add-on to increase the price to ensure they can get the job done for you to a high standard.

Our Spring Cleaning package includes the checklist under the show what is included link. A spring clean is a much deeper clean than a standard home clean. We recommend you get a spring clean done every 3 – 6 months to freshen up your home and get to those places you just don’t usually get to, such as your ceiling fans and inside your oven. Spring Cleans are a quoted service so if there is anything on the list that you think you could skip or if there is extra you want to add to the list, just let us know in the comments on the quote form. Our registered businesses will submit quotes tailored to your home.

An End of Lease Clean is the be all and end all of cleaning. No nook or cranny is left untouched with an End of Lease Clean to ensure that you have the best success in getting your bond back. Much like our spring cleaning service our end of lease cleans require quotations so you can add or subtract things from the list that you do not have. But be careful to not take away anything that requires cleaning to ensure you get your full bond back. Please check with your real estate agent for specific inclusions.

Our Lawn Care Service includes the checklist under the show what is included link. This service is your standard lawn care such a lawn mowing and edges, with small additions you can add to the service. These additions are for 30-minute increments only, and should the job require more than this it may be advised to get a garden care quote.

The Garden Care Service is for those bigger garden jobs you require to be done. Most often we will have a service professional come to quote the job for you. This is so they can provide the most accurate price that would otherwise be hard to detail in the digital quote form. However if you can give us enough information in the quote form we should be able to get you an online quote without the onsite visit.

Can I make an urgent booking?

Although we cannot guarantee that we will be able to secure you a service for the same day, our track record so far is pretty phenomenal. Give the team a call on 1300 852 804 and they will try their best to meet your needs as soon as humanly possible.   

What hours are the Service Providers available?

For standard bookings, services can be booked between 7am – 6pm. However feel free to contact us if you want to confirm a different time for your service and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

How many hours will the service professionals be at my home?

We don’t want to put time constraints on a fantastic service.

Our instantly booked services aren’t based on an hourly rate; rather the pricing is based on the details you select and the completion of our standard inclusions that you can see on the relevant booking pages.

When your Stellar Professional arrives they will be able to give you an estimate of how long it will take them to complete the service to a stellar standard!

Which areas do you service?

Sunshine Coast to the Gold Coast and west to Ipswich.  Simply enter your postcode on the service page to confirm whether we can service your area.

What do I need to provide?

Absolutely nothing! Our service professionals come with all the necessary equipment to perform the service. If you have any special products or equipment you would prefer the professionals to utilize, please let them know. 

Do I need to be home?

This is completely up to you, some customers prefer to be at home for the service, others prefer to leave a key while others like  to greet the service professionals, then leave. And don’t worry all of our professionals are police checked and insured so you can trust them in your home no matter what you decide. You can let you professional know what you intend to do before the service, as you are provided with their contact details. 

What happens after I have made a booking?

Sit back and relax, everything is taken care of from here. If you need to change anything on your booking you can contact your professional directly or Stellar Home. Your professionals contact details will be in the email confirmation as well as the SMS reminder you will receive 24 hours prior to your service. 

Is my booking confirmed?

You will get an email as soon as you book, so you know we have received your booking. You also get to hear from us again when a Stellar Professional is assigned to your booking, lucky you!

How do I pay?

The credit card details which you enter at checkout will be charged the day after your service. No need for cash or bank transactions. We charge after your service to ensure you are 100% happy -  that is our guarantee. A digital receipt will be emailed to you. If there are any issues with your charges please do not hesitate to contact us on 1300 852 804 to discuss.

Do I have to use my credit card?

Yes you do. Stellar Home is fully automated therefore cash payments cannot be accepted. But don’t worry, we use a fully secure payment gateway called Stripe which is used by many high profile companies such as Facebook. (Please note this does not apply to Real Estate Agencies, please contact us for further information).

When am I charged?

Your card is charged the day after the service is performed, so you don’t have to worry about cash on the day. Enjoy the ease of Stellar Home!

How to change the day and time of my booking?

If you need to update the day and time, you can contact your professional directly and reschedule. Their details will be in your booking confirmation email. We will also send a SMS reminder message to you 24 hours prior to your booking which will include your service professional’s mobile number for easy access for any last minute updates. How do I cancel my booking?

At Stellar Home we know things pop up; sick kids, work commitments -  you name it! Give us a call on 1300 852 804 to reschedule or to cancel the booking. You can also cancel your booking online on your dashboard. If you cancel 24 hours prior to the booking, we will not charge your card. However if you cancel within 24 hours of the booking, we do have to charge half of the total booking cost to compensate for the missed time in the providers schedule.

If you are on a subscription service and want to cancel please be advised that subscriptions must remain active for a minimum period of 4 weeks. If cancelled during this period, you will be charged the full value of one service. 

What happens if I would like additional tasks performed?

If you would like additional tasks performed with your service, just speak with your service professional and they can create an add-on service. Alternatively you can speak to Stellar Home using our online chat service or call Stellar Home on 1300 852 804 during business hours to request your additional tasks before the service. You will be provided with a quoted amount to confirm before any charges to your card are made.

How can I book a repeat of my service?

You can book in a subscription service for our instantly booked services based on your frequency requirements. When you go onto the instant booking forms just select the reoccurrence of the booking that you are looking for: once, weekly fortnightly, or monthly.

Psst a little secret we can let you in on is that a reoccurring clean is discounted from a one off clean….who doesn’t love a saving!

Can I book the same professional I have had previously?

We can certainly try our best to assist you in reassigning your previous professionals, just give us a call on 1300 852 804 or leave the details in the comments on your booking. If we cannot match you with the same professional, we will let you know, and don’t worry all of our professionals are fantastic, and will help you get the job done.

The best way to ensure you will always get the same professional is to book in a subscription service.

Who are the registered businesses on the Stellar Home platform?

The registered businesses are experienced independent small to medium business professionals who have undergone a thorough vetting process and have been activated on the Stellar Home platform. They are insured, have police checks and the principal business owner has been interviewed. Only 5% of applications are activated on our platform.

How do you select your service professionals?

Stellar Home is continually on boarding new businesses and the selection process is quite vigorous:

  • We review the applicants and ensure they have relevant experience and mandatory documentation.
  • We individually interview the principal business owner and review references where appropriate.
  • We educate the service professionals about the Stellar Home booking processes and procedures to ensure they are equipped to grow their customer base using our platform.

How can I give feedback about my clean?

Your feedback and advice helps ensure that you and everyone else continues to get a stellar experience every time. To rate your service, all you have to do is open the text message you receive after the service and rate the entire experience out of 5 stars. You can also provide a more detailed rating by clicking the detailed rating review button which lets you rate individual components of the service. Comments or testimonials are our favourite type of rating, left in the comment box below the star rating.  

What does my rating do?

Every registered business on our system has a rating out of 5 Stars. When you rate your booking this contributes to their 5 star rating. If the service professional receives a rating of 3 stars or below this is actioned immediately. Should their overall rating drop below 3.5 they are immediately deactivated from the platform as we take quality very seriously in our Stellar Community.

How do I get paid?

Stellar Home will direct deposit your earnings into your bank account as soon as the job is complete. Stellar Home will take care of bookings (management) and invoicing.
