Our seamless booking process involves the following 3 easy steps:

Our Stellar Home Team will send you a confirmation email directly after receiving your online booking. Once we have found you a stellar professional, you will receive a second email and text message confirming all booking details.

If you would like additional tasks performed on your service, you may simply speak with your service professional, speak to Stellar Home using our online chat service or call Stellar Home on 1300 852 804 during business hours to request your additional tasks. You will be provided with a quote to confirm before any charges to your credit card are made.
About Our Service Professionals
The registered businesses are experienced independent or small to medium business professionals who have undergone a trough vetting process and have been activated on the Stellar Home platform. They are insured and the principal business owner has been interviewed. Only 5% of applications are activated on our system.
Stellar Home is continually on boarding new businesses and the selection process is quite vigorous:
- We review the applicants and ensure they have relevant documentation.
- We individually interview the principal business owner and review references where appropriate.
- We educate the businesses about the Stellar Home booking processes and procedures to ensure they are equipped to grow their customer base using our platform.

- Clean all mirrors
- Vacuum and mop all floor surfaces
- Take out garbage and recycling
- Clean and polish all mirrors
- Vacuum/Mop all floor surfaces
- Clean all benchtops and splashback including under benchtop appliances
- Clean stove top
- Clean exterior of microwave, fridge, dishwasher and oven
- Spot clean exterior of all cupboards and drawers
- Clean and polish kitchen sink and taps
- Scrub and sanitise the toilet, shower (including screens), tub and sink
- Dust and wipe all accessible surfaces including vanity
- Clean all mirrors
- Cleaning of ceilings, fans, walls, doors and light fittings, exterior window cleaning and any other surfaces outside of normal reach
- Mould removal
- Heavy soap scum removal
- Deep stain removal
- Insect removal
- Bed making or linen change
- Steam cleaning and/or carpet cleaning
- Upholstery cleaning
- Lifting heavy items (such as furniture or white goods)
- Cleaning or maintenance of outside areas such as garages, patios, decks and gardens

In Australia, all businesses registered with Stellar Home have their own equipment and supplies to complete a stellar service. If you would like to provide your own supplies or use eco-friendly products instead, please add a note in the comment box during the booking process.

Our pricing varies depending on the business, service, location and time scheduled. However, you will receive a price for your request within a few hours, if not instantly. If you require a specific quote, then please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you wish to cancel the service you must provide at least 12 hours notice otherwise you will be charged in full for the service. If you cancel your booking outside of 12 hours from the scheduled booking time you will receive a full refund.
For subscription bookings, a minimum of 4 weekly services, 2 fortnightly services or 2 monthly services must occur without cancellation. If you cancel your subscription within this period, the cost for a once off sevrice will be prorated. Alternatively customers may choose a once off service at any time with a 12 hour cancellation notice applied.
You simply pay for your booking on your credit card when you register.
Your credit card details are registered when you make your first booking and all payments are taken directly from your card when the business is assigned to the booking. You should not pay the business with cash.
